Body
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Purchasing has solicited formal written bids on Request for Proposals No. 23-024 for the posting of foreclosure notices on properties to be offered for sale during the Collection Department's upcoming delinquent land tax sale; and,

WHEREAS, a total of seventy-four bid invitations were distributed and two vendor responses were received and evaluated from the following bidders:

New Orleans, LA






WHEREAS, pursuant to section 1054.6, Jackson County Code, 1984, the Director of Finance and Purchasing recommends the award of a twelve-month term and supply contract, with two twelve-month options to extend, for the furnishing of these posting services to Archon Information Services, LLC, dba Civic Source of New Orleans, LA, as the lowest and best bidder; and,

WHEREAS, this award is made on an as needed basis and does not obligate Jackson County to pay any specific amount; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Director of Finance and Purchasing, and that the Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary for the accomplishment of the award; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract, to the ...
