A RESOLUTION transferring $162,000.00 within the 2020 County Improvement Fund and awarding a contract for the furnishing of architecture and engineering services in connection with renovations at the downtown courthouse, for use by the Public Works Department, to SFS Architecture of Kansas City, MO, under the terms and conditions of Request for Qualifications No. 54-20, at a cost to the County not to exceed $162,000.00.

WHEREAS, the Department of Finance and Purchasing issued Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 54-20 for architecture and engineering services needed in connection with proposed renovations at the downtown courthouse; and,
WHEREAS, a total of thirty-one notifications were distributed, seven responses were received, and the two highest preliminary scorers were interviewed and evaluated as follows:
