Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Drug Task Force has a need to update the job classifications for certain employees of the Task Force; and,
 
WHEREAS, because of savings in monthly rents and utilities, these salary adjustments will have no overall impact on the Drug Task Force's annual budget; and,
 
WHEREAS, these modifications are in the best interests of the health, welfare, and safety of the citizens of Jackson County; now therefore,
 
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, as follows:
 
Section A.        Enacting Clause.  Schedule II to chapter 2, Jackson County Code, 1984, is hereby repealed and one new schedule enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as Schedule II, to read as follows:
