WHEREAS, the County has a need for ammunition for use by the Sheriff's Office, the Department of Corrections, the Drug Task Force, and the Parks + Rec Department's Park Safety and Enforcement Unit; and,
WHEREAS, the Finance and Purchasing Department has bid this contract and is wanting to award all the vendors that are in the contract series; and,
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has identified eight authorized vendors under its competitively bid contract, State of Missouri Contract CC240449 Series (001 through 008); and,
WHEREAS, the eight approved vendors under the State of Missouri's contract are Bald Ridge Outdoors, LLC of Van Buren, MO, Gulf States Distributors, Inc. of Montgomery, AL, Howards Premium Ammo, LLC of Florence, SC, On Target Ammunition of Grain Valley, MO, Precision Delta Corporation of Ruleville, MS, S1 Armory, LLC of Weatherford, TX, Specialty Cartridge Inc. of Covington, GA, and Sunset Law Enforcement, LLC of Ackley, IA; and,
