Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 20952, dated May 16, 2022, a three-year contract was awarded to CentralSquare Technologies, LLC, of Lake Mary. FL, for the furnishing of jail and records management and computer-aided dispatch hardware and software; and,

WHEREAS, the Sheriff recommends the authorization of three change orders for additional services with CentralSquare Technologies, LLC, under the current contract as indicated below:
1. The amount of $1,249.98 for Kansas data mining to allow for violator information to be automatically added instead of being added manually;
2. The amount of $1,712.51 to replace the current mug shot collection equipment with new equipment that is guaranteed to work with the new system; and
3. The amount of $10,665.00 to create a Citizen Reporting Portal which will allow citizens to complete non-emergency incident reporting using the Online Portal; and,


WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to place the funds required for these change orders in the appropriate spending account; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2023 County Improvement Fund:
