Body
WHEREAS, the Sheriff’s Office and Circuit Court have a need to upgrade current security systems, including the associated hardware and software; and,
WHEREAS, the equipment is available from an existing County term and supply vendor; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary in order to place the needed funds in the proper spending account to allow for the purchase of the equipment and software; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2021 County Improvement Fund:
