WHEREAS, the COMBAT staff has recommended that $150,000.00 in Anti-Crime Sales Tax Funds be allocated to the Sheriff's Office's 2021 Law Enforcement School-Based Initiative Program; and,
WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 12, 2020, the Drug Commission endorsed the staff's recommendation in this regard; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2021 Anti-Crime Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover funding for this program; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2021 Anti-Crime Sales Tax Fund:
