BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that it is the intent of the Legislature that all future funding decisions on outside agency contracts be made by majority vote of the Legislature as a Whole.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
