Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 19976, dated September 10, 2018, the Legislature did award a contract to Sanborn Oblique Imagery to provide mapping images for use by the Assessment Department; and,

WHEREAS, Sanborn did not complete this project and issue its final bill to the County until 2019, by which time the encumbrance authorized by Resolution 19976 had lapsed; and,

WHEREAS, the Assessment Department now has a need to make final payment to Sanborn Oblique Imagery for its work on the 2018-2019 mapping images; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to make available the funds required for this payment; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2019 Assessment Fund be and hereby is made:
