Body
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 5090, dated April 16, 2018, the Legislature did authorize the replacement of the outdated Recorder of Deeds Department's software package with the new Aumentum software provided by Thomsen Reuters of Portage, MI; and,

WHEREAS, the upgrade was implemented during 2018 and was completed in 2019, after the 2018 appropriation authorized by Ordinance 5090 had expired; and,

WHEREAS, a reappropriation of these funds is now necessary to pay the vendor's final billing for this software; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following reappropriation be and hereby is made:
