WHEREAS, the County has received checks totaling $402,720.00, representing payment of insurance proceeds to be used to fund repairs to and the restoration of the downtown Jackson County Courthouse and related costs, necessitated by recent water damage; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place these funds in the proper spending
account; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2019 General Fund be
