Body
WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Division of the Public Works Department has a need to purchase two vehicles using surplus funds within its 2017 budget; and,
WHEREAS, said vehicles are available via an existing term and supply contract; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to place the funds necessary for this purchase in the proper spending account; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2017 Special Road and Bridge Fund:
