Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 18335, dated December 2, 1013, the Legislature did authorize funding for the Jackson County Family Court Division's anti-violent crime program pursuant to Request for Proposals 59-13; and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution 18412, dated February 24, 2014, the Legislature did authorize the transfer of funds to the other contractual line item in the Family Court Division's budget; and,
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has a new organizational code and staff positions for this anti-violent crime initiative; and,
WHEREAS, because of these new staffing positions, an additional transfer is necessary to place these funds into the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2014 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
