Body
WHEREAS, the Legislature approved Resolution 14736 on October 6, 2003, awarding a twenty-four (24) month term & supply contract under Bid No. 36-03 to Occupational Health Services of Kansas City (Jackson County), MO, for the furnishing of employee drug testing services for the Parks & Recreation and Public Works Departments with a total estimated usage amount of $17,600.00; and,

WHEREAS, based upon actual volume of usage and the continuing need for such services, an extension of the term and an increase in the annual estimated usage is recommended to provide for these services for the period of the contract; and,

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended an increase of $18,226.00 from the original estimated usage amount of $17,600.00 for a new total award amount not to exceed $35,826.00 through the term of the contract; therefore,


BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the increase of $18,226.00 for a new total estimated usage amount not to exceed $35,826.00 in the term & supply contract with Occupational Health Services, Inc., of Kansas City, MO, be and hereby is made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County a...
