WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1999 General Fund is necessary to reimburse County departments for overtime funds expended on behalf of the Records Department; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 1999 General Fund:
