BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Legislature requests the County Administration to present to the Legislature's Finance and Audit Committee, two weeks from the adoption of this Resolution, a report consisting of, at a minimum, the following:
- A listing of all personal and/or real property tax waivers given for the last five years, indicating the names of all persons and/or entities who received waivers; and
- A recommendation on a policy on the granting of such waivers in the future; and

- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Legislature requests the Administration to make all efforts to collect all property taxes, penalties, and/or interest previously waived, if it is legally possible to do so.

- Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
