WHEREAS, pursuant to § 9058. of the County Code, contracts entered into by the Housing Resources Commission are subject to the approval of the County Legislature; and,
WHEREAS, the members of the Housing Resource Commission have authorized the hiring of Lillie Clifton-Smith as Housing Coordinator; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Legislature hereby approves the hiring of Lillie Clifton-Smith as Housing Coordinator by the Housing Resource Commission, effective June 25, 2001.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
