Body
WHEREAS, the County has certain property from the Corrections Department, Jackson County Election Board, Parks and Recreation Department and Management Information System Department, itemized on the attached documentation, that has become excess to the County's needs; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing recommends that said property be declared surplus; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the property itemized in the attached documentation be declared surplus, and that the Purchasing Director be and hereby is authorized to dispose of it pursuant to Chapter 11, Jackson County Code.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
