WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 13-03 for the service and repair of HVAC equipment for use by the Facilities Management and Parks and Recreation Departments to provide for departmental needs for the upcoming one-year period; and,

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has received as the three lowest bids thereon, bids from the following: %

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
