WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Electronic Solicitation No. BB200360 for the furnishing of office supplies and equipment for use county-wide to provide for needs for the upcoming one-year period; and,
WHEREAS, he has received as the only three bids thereon bids from the following:

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
