Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Electronic Solicitation No. BB200288 for a twelve-month term and supply contract for the printing of stationery for use countywide; and,

WHEREAS, he has received as the lowest three bids thereon bids from the following:

Service Printing and Graphics, Inc. $188.75.00 per BX/5,000ea
Kansas City (Jackson County), MO

Sir Speedy $288.65 per BX/5,000ea
Kansas City (Jackson County), MO

Deluxe Instant Print $300.00 per BX/5,000ea

and,

WHEREAS, following evaluation of the bids submitted, the Purchasing Director recommends the contract be made to Service Printing and Graphics, Inc., of Kansas City, Missouri, for the reason that it has submitted the lowest and best bid; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County a contract with Service Printing and Graphics of Kansas City, MO, as recommended by the Purchasing Director; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract thereby made, to the extent that sufficient appropriations to the using spending agencies are contained in the then current Jackson County budget.
