A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute an Agreement with the Cabot Westside Clinic to provide a variety of health care and social welfare services to the indigent residents of the Westside of Kansas City, Missouri, at a cost to the County not to exceed $80,000.00.

Body
WHEREAS, the County and Cabot Westside Clinic desire to enter into an Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, whereunder the County will pay $80,000.00 to the Clinic to be used by the Clinic to provide a variety of health care and social welfare services to the indigent residents of the Westside of Kansas City, Missouri; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the contract between Jackson County and Cabot Westside Clinic be, and is hereby approved, said contract being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and that the County Executive be, and is hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
