WHEREAS, the County has received a payment in the amount of $38,990.00 from Purple Wave Auction representing the proceeds from surplus property sold at auction; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the proceeds in the proper spending account so that the funds may be used to purchase equipment within the Parks + Rec Department; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriations from the undesignated fund balance of the 2017 Park Fund and the 2017 Park Enterprise Fund be and hereby are made:
