IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI

A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute an agreement with the Full Employment Council, Inc., in acceptance of a grant award for the provision of countywide H-1B technical skills training, at no cost to the County.

Body

WHEREAS, the County and the Full Employment Council, Inc., (FEC) desire to enter into a Services Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, whereunder the FEC agrees to provide H-1B information technology skills training to County employees, at no cost to the County; therefore,

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the attached Services Agreement with the Full Employment Council.

 

 

Enacted and Approved

Effective Date:  This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
