BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Legislature requests that the County Counselor appear before the Legislature on July 24, 2000, and present her views on the appropriate role, if any, of her staff in the operations of Land Trust.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
