Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 19043, dated January 19, 2016, the Legislature did authorize a Cooperative Agreement with Palestine Senior Citizen's Activity Center of Kansas City, MO, for the furnishing of a senior citizens program, at a cost to the County in the amount of $90,000.00; and,

WHEREAS, it is now recommended that the Cooperative Agreement with Palestine Senior Citizen's Activity Center be increased to provide additional services for this program, at an additional cost to the County in the amount of $25,000.00; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to place the additional funds needed for this program in the proper spending account; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2016 Health Fund:
