WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to place the proceeds from the Truman Sports Complex/County Parks Project Additions Series 2002 bond issue in the proper spending accounts to cover project and issuance expenses; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this appropriation as an amendment to her proposed 2002 County budget; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and is hereby made:
