A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to enter into an agreement with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kansas City for the purpose of partially funding certain youth programs, including the John T. Thornberry Club, the Southeast Club, and the Clymer Center, at a cost to the County not to exceed $40,000.00.

Body
WHEREAS, through the attached contractual agreement, the County has agreed to partially fund certain youth programs including the John T. Thornberry Club, the Southeast Club, and the Clymer Center; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kansas City; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the agreement.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
