Enacted and Approved
WHEREAS, the County did, by Resolution 11835, dated July 21, 1997, enter into a contract with Sigma Systems Technology of Williamsville, NY, in the amount of $250.000.00 for the purchase of a real estate software package for use countywide; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed increase to this contract is necessary as modifications and additions to this software support are needed, and this increase will not exceed $31,986.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the increase to the aforesaid contract is approved and the Director of Purchasing is authorized to execute any documents necessary to the accomplishments of the increase; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract.
Fiscal Note
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
