WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the costs of roofing repairs at the Examiner building and other needed improvements at that building and the Courthouse Annex for use by the Assessment Department; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this appropriation as an amendment to her 2001 proposed county budget; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2001 Assessment Fund:
