Body
WHEREAS, the County and NorthWest Communities Development Corporation (NorthWest) desire to enter into an agreement, whereunder the County will contract for services in the amount of $70,000.00 with NorthWest to establish a nutrition site for its senior programs; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the attached Agreement on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
