Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 124-00 for the printing and mailing of business personal and real estate change notices for use by the Assessment Department; and,
WHEREAS, he has received as the lowest three bids thereon bids from the following:

Brian Pollmiller & Associates $18,114.34
Lenexa, KS
Midwestern Data $19,515.60
Kansas City, KS
Microtech $26,410.00
Kansas City, KS
and,
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended that award be made to Brian Pollmiller and Associates of Lenexa, KS, for the reason that it has submitted the lowest and best bid; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Division of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
