A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute an agreement with NorthWest Communities Development Corporation, to provide funding for a Senior Program Coordinator for its senior programs, at a cost to the County not to exceed $35,000.00.

Body
WHEREAS, the County and NorthWest Communities Development Corporation (NorthWest) desire to enter into an agreement, whereunder the County will contract for services in the amount of $35,000.00 with NorthWest for a Senior Program Coordinator for its senior programs; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute an agreement on behalf of the County in a form to be approved by the County Counselor; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the agreement.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
