Body
WHEREAS, the County and Samuel U. Rodgers Community Health Center (SRCHC) desire to enter into an agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, whereunder the County will pay $326,428.00 to SRCHC to be used by SRCHC to assist in funding its annual Samuel U. Rodgers Community Health Fair for the citizens of Jackson County and for the hire of two case managers to assist pregnant and/or parenting women and teens; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
