Body
WHEREAS, the County and the Swope Parkway Health Center desire to enter into two agreements for health care programs at a total cost not to exceed $405,951.00; and,
WHEREAS, the County deems it to be in the best interest of the citizenry to support such programs and activities; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is authorized to execute the two attached agreements with Swope Parkway Health Center at a total cost not to exceed $405,951.00; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments including final payment on the agreements.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
