A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute an agreement with Sunshine Center, Inc., to provide funding in the area of day care for young children, at a cost to the County not to exceed $50,000.00.

INTRODUCED BY Ronald E. Finley, County Legislator
WHEREAS, the County and Sunshine Center, Inc., desire to enter into an agreement, whereunder the County will contract for services in the amount of $50,000.00 with Sunshine in the area of day care for young children; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the agreement.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
