Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Electronic Solicitation No. BB200356 for the furnishing of one (1) communications server and callware upgrades for use by the Management Information Systems Department; and,
WHEREAS, the only bid received was from Dynamic Computer Solutions, Inc., of Topeka, KS; and,
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended that award be made to Dynamic Computer Solutions, Inc., of Topeka, KS, for the reason that it has submitted the lowest and best bid; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
