to adopt Resolution #19682, transferring $2,979,212.00 within the 2018  
Health Fund, $582,309.00 within the 2018 Park Fund, $20,000.00 within  
the 2018 Special Road and Bridge Fund, $185,000.00 within the 2018  
Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund, and authorizing the County Executive to  
execute Cooperative Agreements with certain outside agencies at an  
aggregate cost to the County not to exceed $3,766,521.00, subject to  
appropriation in the 2018 annual budget. The motion passed by a roll call

NEW BUSINESS  
Dennis Waits, County Legislator, said according to the Rules of the  
County Legislature Revised April 5, 2017, Rule 14B. Items Absent from  
the Agenda. No Ordinance shall be adopted or perfected and no  
Resolution shall be adopted at any meeting unless such Ordinance or  
Resolution is included on the agenda prepared for that meeting, except  
by unanimous consent of the members present. This Rule 14.B shall not  
be subject to the suspension provisions of Rule 27 of these Rules.  
Scott Burnett, Chairman asked if there were any objections to the  
consideration of the veto for Ordinance #5061 since it was not on the  
printed agenda.  
Hearing no objections, Ordinance 5061 was considered at this time.

A motion was made by Dennis Waits, seconded by Dan Tarwater III, to  
override the veto for Ordinance #5061, repealing sections 9305., and  
9306. Jackson County Code, 1984, relating to the anti-drug sales tax and  
enacting, in lieu thereof, two new sections relating to the same subject.
