MO, under the terms and conditions set forth in Sourcewell (formerly  
National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA)) Contract No. 080818-VCM, an  
existing, competitively bid, government contract, at an actual cost to the  
County in the amount of $167,269.00

A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute a Regional  
Preventative Maintenance Program Agreement with the Mid-America  
Regional Council to provide for the mill and overlay of pavement on roads  
throughout the unincorporated area of the County, at no cost to the County.

A RESOLUTION transferring $40,000.00 within the 2022 Special Road &  
Bridge Fund and awarding a contract on Bid No. 50-22 for the 2022  
Pavement Maintenance Project (Phase 4, Pavement Marking), Project No.  
3261, to Streetwise, Inc., of Grandview, MO, at an actual cost to the County  
in the amount of $88,804.00, and authorizing the Director of Public Works to  
approve line item adjustments under this contract at no additional cost to the  
County.
