A RESOLUTION awarding a contract for annual software maintenance for
use by the Finance and Purchasing Department to Mitchell Humphrey of St.
Louis, MO, as a sole purchase, at an actual cost to the County in the amount
of $83,950.00.

options to extend for the furnishing of independent auditing services for use

under the terms and conditions of Request for Proposals No. 80-21.

A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute a Cost Share
Agreement with the Missouri Department of Conservation in the amount of
$10,000.00, and awarding a contract for the furnishing of one utility terrain
vehicle to Kansas Golf and Turf of Lenexa, KS, under the terms and
conditions set forth in Sourcewell Contract No. 031121-ACO-1, an existing
competitively bid government contract, at an actual cost to the County in the
amount of $15,653.12.
