AN ORDINANCE vacating an abandoned portion of Blue Valley Road due  
to non-use.

Unified Development Code by rezoning a certain 92.00± acre tract from  
District RR (Residential Ranchette) to District AG (Agricultural) and rezoning

(Residential Ranchette).

grades K-12 attend class and on school buses, for the health and safety of  
the County’s citizens, with an effective date and penalty provision.

FINAL PASSAGE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCES  
AN ORDINANCE appropriating $271,785.00 from the undesignated fund  
balance of the 2022 General Fund and authorizing the issuance of payment  
in the amount of $271,784.38 to the Missouri State Auditor for services  
rendered for the audit of Jackson County.

A RESOLUTION awarding twelve-month term and supply contracts with one  
twelve-month option to extend for the furnishing of beer for resale by the  
Parks + Rec Department to County Beverage Company of Lee’s Summit,  
MO, and Central States Beverage Company of Kansas City, MO, as  
proprietary purchases.

Memorandum of Understanding with American Federation of State, County

AN ORDINANCE appropriating $100,000.00 from the undesignated fund  
balance of the 2022 Grant Fund and awarding a contract for the design and  
construction of a new bridge in connection with Federal Project No.  
BRO-B048(60), Helmig Road Bridge, County Project No. 3215, to TREKK  
Design Group, of Kansas City, MO, at an actual cost to the County not to  
exceed $100,000.00.

INTRODUCTION OF PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS AND ASSIGNMENT TO COMMITTEE  
A RESOLUTION transferring $120,000.00 within the 2022 American  
Rescue Plan Fund for use by the Jackson County Department of  
Corrections to acquire critical supplies and equipment necessary in  
connection with the fight against the ongoing Coronavirus/COVID-19  
pandemic.

A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute Cooperative  
Agreements with certain outside agencies that provide public health-related  
and other public services to citizens of Jackson County, at an aggregate  
cost to the County not to exceed $3,000,000.00.

A RESOLUTION awarding a fourteen-month term and supply contract with  
two twelve-month options to extend for the leasing of ice-making machines  
for use by various County Departments to Ice Masters of Shawnee, KS,

No. 240040-18, an existing, competitively bid government contract.

Transportation Alternatives Fund Program Agreement with the Missouri
