(Agricultural) for a period of fifteen years to operate a 126-foot monopole of  
wireless communications, subject to specified conditions, as to a 585  
square foot tract.  
AN ORDINANCE amending the zoning districts established pursuant to the  
Unified Development Code by rezoning a certain 3.51± acre tract from  
District AG (Agricultural) to District RE (Residential Estates).  
AN ORDINANCE amending the zoning districts established pursuant to the  
Unified Development Code by rezoning a certain 10.41± acre tract from  
District AG (Agricultural) to District RR (Residential Ranchette).  
AN ORDINANCE amending the zoning districts established pursuant to the
