AN ORDINANCE appropriating $23,000,000.00 from the undesignated fund  
balance of the 2022 ARPA Fund for the purpose of construction  
improvements and furnishings of the 1300 Washington Administration  
Building at a cost of $17,000,000.00, and for improvements to the second  
floor of the Downtown Courthouse at a cost of $4,000,000.00 and the  
Historic Truman Courthouse at a cost of $2,000,000.00.

AN ORDINANCE appropriating $200,000.00 from the undesignated fund  
balance of the 2023 American Rescue Plan Fund and awarding a  
twelve-month contract, with two twelve-month options to extend, for the

Harris County, Texas under the terms and conditions of OMNIA Partners  
contract no. 191902, an existing government contract.

AN ORDINANCE enacting section 2057., Jackson County Code, 1984,  
relating to a property tax credit to eligible taxpayers within Jackson County,  
Missouri, in accordance with the Revised Statutes of Missouri §137.1050

AN ORDINANCE amending the zoning districts established pursuant to the  
Unified Development Code by rezoning a certain 10.00± acre tract from  
District AG (Agricultural) to District RR (Residential Ranchette).

Unified Development Code by rezoning a certain 6.75± acre tract from

RESOLUTIONS IN COMMITTEE  
A RESOLUTION expressing the intent of the Legislature to recommend  
amending Missouri state statute to allow for a mid-year tax collection date  
as opposed to the current collection date of December 31st.

A RESOLUTION transferring $500,000.00 within the 2023 Anti-Crime Sales  
Tax Fund for the furnishing of outpatient substance abuse treatment for use  
by the 16th Circuit Court of Jackson County.

A RESOLUTION awarding twenty-four-month term and supply contracts with  
one twelve-month option to extend for the furnishing of turf chemicals for use  
by the Parks + Rec Department to Van Diest Supply Company of Webster  
City, Iowa, Advanced Turf Solutions of Fishers, Indiana, and SiteOne  
Landscape Supply of Cleveland, Ohio, under the terms and conditions of  
Invitation to Bid No. 23-047.

A RESOLUTION awarding a contract to Shawnee F LLC d/b/a Shawnee  
Mission Ford, of Shawnee, KS for the furnishing of two 2024 Ford Transit  
T-350 cargo vans, for use by the Detention Center, under the terms and  
conditions for State of Missouri Contract No. CC231422005, an existing  
competitively bid government contract at a total cost to the County in the  
amount of $111,544.00.

A RESOLUTION transferring $1,522,693.97 within the 2023 E-911 System  
Fund and authorizing the Director of Finance and Purchasing to issue a  
check in the amount of $1,522,694.00 for the replacement of the KCPD  
Unified Computing System to the Kansas City Missouri Police Department.

construction services for exterior improvements to the Jackson County  
Courthouse to Gunter Construction Co., of Kansas City, KS, under the terms  
and conditions of Invitation to Bid No. 23-037.

AN ORDINANCE appropriating $90,000.00 from the undesignated fund  
balance of the 2023 Grant Fund, in acceptance of additional grant funds  
received by the Family Court Division from the State of Missouri Division of

existing competitively bid government contract, at an actual cost to the  
County in the amount of $57,029.55.
