Immediately following this committee meeting scheduled to be held at 12:30

P.M. on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, the Stadium Improvements

Committee of the Jackson County Legislature will hold a closed meeting for

the purpose of conducting privileged and confidential communications under

section 610.021(12) of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, and closing all

records prepared for discussion at said meeting.
