COUNTY EXECUTIVE ORDERS
DaRon McGee asked the Clerk of the County Legislature to discuss the
County Executive Order received.
Mary Jo Spino, County Clerk, said her office received an Executive Order
yesterday for appointments to the Children's Services Fund. One of the
reappointments no longer lives in the district cited in the order. DaRon
McGee said the information has been verified by the election board and the
County Clerk sent a letter to the County Executive regarding this matter. Mr.
McGee explained that some people being reappointed, due to redistricting,
no longer live in the district which they were originally appointed.
Manuel Abarca IV, County Legislator, suggested all appointments to Boards
and Commissions be checked regarding this issue.
