Jalen Anderson, County Legislator, asked for a copy of the email Mr.  
Abarca referenced earlier so he can read and review the information.  
Comments by Mr. Anderson.  
DaRon McGee, County Legislator, said his motion earlier to hold the  
ordinances is to allow time for review by legislators so they can act on them  
during the regular legislative meeting scheduled to be held on Monday,  
December 16, 2024. He thanked the public for attending and the staff for  
facilitating the meeting. Charlie Franklin, County Legislator, agreed.  
Manuel Abarca IV said he has a book available for review by legislators who  
are interested, containing applications and information from the entities who  
participated in the public hearings held in 2023 for ARPA funding.  
Discussion.  
Megan L. Marshall said she stands ready to work together for a resolution.  
She urged the County Legislature and County Executive to compromise.  
She said the County Executive is proposing a plan to keep the funds in  
Jackson County so decisions can then be made on how to spend the funds.
