UNFINISHED BUSINESS  
Venessa Huskey, County Legislator asked the County Clerk to record her  
vote as yes on Ordinance #5907, since she was out of the room when the  
vote was taken.

NEW BUSINESS  
Discussion regarding the need for special meetings of the County  
Legislature.  
A motion was made by Jalen Anderson, seconded by Jeanie Lauer, to  
hold special meetings, as needed, on December 17, December 18 and  
December 19, 2024 at noon in the Kansas City Legislative Assembly  
Area. The motion passed by roll call vote:  
Yes: 8 - Jalen Anderson, Donna Peyton, Megan L. Marshall, Venessa  
Huskey, Charlie Franklin, DaRon McGee, Jeanie Lauer and Sean E.  
Smith  
Abstain: 1 - Manuel Abarca IV  
Manuel Abarca IV introduced Ordinances #5913 - #5948 as add-ons.
