INTRODUCTION OF PROPOSED ORDINANCES AND ASSIGNMENT TO COMMITTEE
AN ORDINANCE partially rescinding Ordinance 5883 dated October 7,
2024, transferring $160,000.00 within the Anti-Crime Sales Tax Fund and
appropriating $350,447.00 from the undesignated fund balance of the 2024
Anti-Crime Sales Tax Grant Fund, in acceptance of the 2024 Edward Byrne
Memorial Justice Assistance Grant awarded to the Jackson County Drug
Task Force.

Stoenner Road Bridge Replacement County Project No. 3247, Federal
Project No. BRO-B048 to Dondlinger & Sons Construction Company, Inc., of

at a cost to the County not to exceed $877,022.00.

18, 2024, and appropriating $195,000.00 from the undesignated fund
balance of the 2024 Delinquent Sales Tax Fund for the purpose of providing
a retention stipend for the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

fund balance of the 2024 ARPA Fund $23,512,511.00 for certain eligible
expenses and stating the intent of the County to use all remaining ARPA
