AN ORDINANCE appropriating $23,000,000.00 from the undesignated  
fund balance of the 2022 ARPA Fund for the purpose of construction  
improvements and furnishings of the 1300 Washington Administration  
Building at a cost of $17,000,000.00, and for improvements to the second  
floor of the Downtown Courthouse at a cost of $4,000,000.00 and the  
Historic Truman Courthouse at a cost of $2,000,000.00.

AN ORDINANCE appropriating $200,000.00 from the undesignated fund  
balance of the 2023 American Rescue Plan Fund and awarding a  
twelve-month contract, with two twelve-month options to extend, for the  
furnishing of community surveys and engagement software to Zencity of  
Harris County, Texas under the terms and conditions of OMNIA Partners  
contract no. 191902, an existing government contract.

AN ORDINANCE enacting section 2057., Jackson County Code, 1984,  
relating to a property tax credit to eligible taxpayers within Jackson  
County, Missouri, in accordance with the Revised Statutes of Missouri  
§137.1050 (SB190), with an effective date.

FINAL PASSAGE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCES  
AN ORDINANCE appropriating $18,000.00 from the undesignated fund  
balance of the 2023 Grant Fund in acceptance of grant funds awarded to  
the Family Court Division by the Family Court Committee of the Supreme  
Court of Missouri for the Juvenile Justice Program Assistance Grant.

A RESOLUTION expressing the intent of the Legislature to recommend  
amending Missouri state statute to allow for a mid-year tax collection date  
as opposed to the current collection date of December 31st.

A RESOLUTION awarding a twenty-four month term and supply contract,

property taxpayers, that the Board of Equalization review the assessment

A RESOLUTION expressing the intent of the Legislature to enact a  
property tax credit under Senate Bill 190 to provide property tax relief to

AN ORDINANCE amending the zoning districts established pursuant to  
the Unified Development Code by rezoning a certain 10.00± acre tract  
from District AG (Agricultural) to District RR (Residential Ranchette).  
AN ORDINANCE amending the zoning districts established pursuant to  
the Unified Development Code by rezoning a certain 6.75± acre tract  
from District AG (Agricultural) to District RE (Residential Estates) and  
rezoning a certain 12.07± acre tract from District RE (Residential Estates)  
to District AG (Agricultural).  
AN ORDINANCE amending the zoning districts established pursuant to  
the Unified Development Code by rezoning a certain 7.00± acre tract  
from District AG (Agricultural) to District RR (Residential Ranchette).  
AN ORDINANCE renewing a conditional use permit (CUP) in District AG  
(Agricultural) for a period of fifty years to operate a 190-foot  
communication tower and facility, as to a 106.00± acre tract.  
AN ORDINANCE amending the zoning districts established pursuant to  
the Unified Development Code by rezoning a certain 5.00± acre tract
