Megan L. Smith requested that Ordinances #6026, #6027 and #6028 be  
moved to the Legislature As A Whole Committee. After today's meeting, the  
Ordinances are subject to be dropped from the agenda and Legislator  
Smith will be having a Public Hearing on Monday, December 1st that  
includes addressing these items. The votes on each ordinance are reflected  
below.

three new subsections relating to the same subject.
